Above 500: Handling: none
200 to 499 Handling: 30.00 Euro +VAT
Below 200: Handling: 60.00 Euro +VAT

This is useful when you ordered earlier the top500 and want now to order the top1000.

You should be aware that special lists like these are created directly out of the database, so there might be few duplicates (when a company dropped in the meantime out of the top500) or missing companies (when a company entered in the meantime the top500).
