| Applied ceramic labeling (ACL) is described as colored lettering or design of a ceramic nature fused onto bottles. ACL inks containing glass frit (powdered glass colourant) which is usually applied by screen printing. The design is then fired and heated in a lehr to fuse it to the glass.
