Our capability for mold making as below:

1.CNC accuracy± 0.005mm;
2.Injection machine: 15 sets from 50T to 250 T;
3.Injection: 1.5 million shots / monthly; Molds: 600 sets of mold/ annually.
4.Equipments: Precision CNC; EDM;Precision Grinder, Slow Wire cut; NC EDM; CMM and Injection machine etc.
5.Founded in 2005 and the employee is 150;
6.ISO 9001:2008 certificated ;
7.The well-known customer we have SONY,NEC, D.light, HONEYWELL etc
