Pure PTFE fiber packing is a dry braided packing made of PTFE yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat-resisting agents.
Antileak PA 02402 Oil PTFE Packing
Oil PTFE Packing is Interlock braided PTFE yarn, long lubricant squeezed out under operating pressure. It is soft, self-lubrication, applicable for dynamic seal at high linear speed.
Antileak PA 02403 Sintered PTFE Packing
Sintered PTFE Packing is made of sintered, highly stretched PTFE multifilament yarns with thoroughly PTFE impregnation. The packing is then re-impregnated with a mix of PTFE during plaiting operation.
Antileak PA 02405 Graphite PTFE Packing with oil
Graphite PTFE Packing with oil Packing is made of 100\% Graphite PTFE yarns, and re-impregnated with silicone lubricant. It is suppleness, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and excellent heat dissipation.
Antileak PA 02406 Sintered Graphifed PTFE Packing
Sintered Graphifed PTFE packing is braided from sintered PTFE pretreated with graphite impregnation. It has very good thermal conductivity, high flexibility and stabiity of volume, extremely low coefficient of friction efficiency, gentle tratment of shafts.
