I am Eric from "Okin Huasu Rubber and Plastics Group Limited.” Perhaps you know our old name is "Qingdao Okin Rubber Industry Co., LTD”. We are manufacturing and exporting comprehensive range of extruded & moulded rubber products. Hereby, I’d like to introduce one of our main products – "Rubber extrusion Profile.” It is usually being used in some sealing industries, like Automobile, Architecture and Other Industries. Below are some more details.

Automotive:

1. Automotive Industry: Extruded and Co-extruded rubber seal, rubber profiles with flocking, weather strip, car door / window sealing strips, side window sealing, sunroof sealing, primary door seal, trunk seal, anti-dust and anti-noise sealing.

　Material: EPDM, EPDM SPONGE and PVC etc.

Manufacturing Technique: single extrusion/co-extrusion/co-extrusion with sponge /steel wire inserted/ rubber seal with 3M or Arcylic adhesive tape on one side.

Architecture:

2. Construction Industry : security door frame/window edge/bathroom door/skylight/door seal/window seal

Material: EPDM , PVC and Silicone. And some others like TPE/TPV, etc.

We can provide many solutions and suggestions according to different customers’ requirements’ and different quality level of door and windows.

　Manufacturing Technique: mostly single extrusion, and rubber strips with 3M or Arcylic adhesive tape on one side.

Meanwhile, we could also suggest you rubber seal with Anti-fire and Environmental Protection performance, only for high-end door and window market.

3. Like cleaning products, container, water tank, giant machinery, and so on.
