Age hardening

Age hardening is generally defined as hardening by aging, usually after rapid cooling or cold working. Specifically,
hardening is described as the hardening of a heat-treated material that occurs slowly at room temperature and more rapidly at higher temperatures. It usually follows rapid cooling or cold working.
