For your Forging works, we can meet a growing demand from furnaces (maximum
size 15,500 x 4,800 x 4,800 mm, and weight of 250 tons max) and from
annealing pits.
Hydraulic presses for forging works (8,000 – 6,000 – 3,500 and 3,200 mT).
A ringroller with the capacity to roll up to a 4,500 mm diameter.
Production program:
Round bars: from 100 to 1,200 mm of diameter, length up to 15 metres
Square bars: from 100 to 1,000 mm, length up to 15metres
Flat bars: from 100 to 800 mm of thickness, from 100 to 3,000 mm of width,
up to 15 meters of length.
Forgings for production of maximum 70 tons, up to 4.5 m of diameter, up to
15 meters of length.
Furnaces for heat treatment (maximum length 20,000 mm, maximum weigth 140
tons) water and polymer tanks for quenching.
Machining:
With our own machining workshop of machines that are integral part, we are
able to meeting all the roughing requirements, with CNC boring machine, CNC
machining centers, milling machines, horizontal lathes up to 18,000 mm of
length, vertical lathes for pieces up to 4,500 mm of diameter, boring
centers for pieces with a weight higher than 70 tons, drills for lengths up
to 17,000 mm).
