Club hammers are kind of hammers which are made in 2lb, 21/2lb ,3lb and 4lb, these are square headed ,stubby hammers usually with a 10in handle. Used for heavy hammering, such as with cold chisels and brick bolsters. Also used for light demolition work. The most popular sizes are 21/2lb and 4lb.
