Full spectrum daylight

Full spectrum daylight refers to a light bulb which are designed to reproduce natural light and are thought by some to be beneficial to health by reducing stress, depression and headaches, amongst other things. Full spectrum bulbs are most often used in desk lamps and floor lamps.
