Tree

A tree typically has many secondary branches supported clear of the ground by the trunk. This trunk typically contains woody tissue for strength, and vascular tissue to carry materials from one part of the tree to another.

In an industrial or industry context, a "tree" typically refers to an apparatus used in the oil and gas industry to control the flow of fluids in a well. It is a mechanical structure that sits on top of a wellhead and is used to control the flow of oil or gas from the well.
