Luggage refers to a case used to carry belongings when traveling, That which is lugged; anything cumbrous and heavy to be carried; especially, a traveler's trunks, baggage, etc., or their contents.

Low emission vehicle (LEV) describes a vehicle that has passed emission standards significantly more stringent than the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) minimum.

Lamb refers to the meat from sheep less than one year old. The phrase 'Spring Lamb' on it meat label means that the lamb was produced between March and October.

Lignite refers to a low-grade, brownish-black coal.
